Never "snap" a joint technique. Serious injury can occur.
Don't allow Uke a chance to really lock down the grab. React immediately
when the attack begins.
Move your body.
Don't stand still. Use angles to increase the effectiveness of this technique.
Tori lowers the center
of gravity and grabs the right forearm with both hands, and throws a
left Tettsui (bottom fist strike) to the groin. Bringing the head
straight back, Tori strikes Uke’s face with the back of the head while
performing a right Kansetsu-Geri (stomp kick). Tori grabs the right
shoulder with the right hand, and throws Uke with Ippon-Seoi-Nage.
Holding onto the right elbow after the throw, Tori finishes with a left
Gedan-Tsuki (lower punch) to the head.
Remember, without safety, there can be no
Jujitsu.
