Never "snap" a joint technique. Serious injury can occur.
Don't allow Uke a chance to really lock down the grab. React immediately
when the attack begins.
Move your body.
Don't stand still. Use angles to increase the effectiveness of this technique.
Tori lowers the center
of gravity, and throws a left side fist strike to the groin. Raising
the elbows upward, Tori brings the head back striking Uke’s face. Tori
grabs one of Uke’s legs, pulling it upward, throwing Uke into a back
break fall. While maintaining the grip on the leg, Tori turns 180
degrees and performs a Kansetsu-Geri (stomp kick) to the groin.
Remember, without safety, there can be no
Jujitsu.
